Elite Realty Pro helps real estate agents and teams generate, qualify, and nurture leads through:
• Inside sales agents (ISAs) and calling teams
• Outbound and inbound campaigns
• Marketing funnels and follow‑up systems
• Automation and integrations with your existing tools (where possible)
The exact scope of work, deliverables, and timelines for your account are defined in your individual proposal, order form, or service agreement. If there is a conflict between that agreement and this page, the signed agreement will control.
We may update or improve our services over time. When we do, we will keep the core purpose the same: helping real estate teams create more qualified conversations and closings.
3. Eligibility & Client Responsibilities
To use our services, you must:
• Be a licensed real estate professional, team, or brokerage (or be legally allowed to market real estate services in your area).
• Be able to enter into a binding contract.
• Provide accurate, current information when you contact us or sign up.
You are responsible for:
• Following all laws and regulations that apply to your business, including advertising, telemarketing, and real estate rules in your state.
• Providing us with accurate information about your offers, markets, and ideal clients.
• Responding to leads and appointments we generate in a timely and professional way.
• Training and managing your own agents and internal team.
We are not responsible for how your team handles leads after we hand them off.
4. Fees, Payments & Refunds
Details about pricing and billing are shown on our Pricing page and in your specific proposal or service agreement. That agreement will explain:
• Your plan type (for example: Pay‑Per‑Appointment, Pay‑Per‑Lead, Commission‑Based, or Hybrid)
• How and when you are billed
• Any minimum terms or commitments
In general:
• You agree to pay all fees on time as described in your agreement.
• Fees are non‑refundable once services have started, unless your agreement clearly says otherwise.
• Late or missed payments may result in paused campaigns, reduced capacity, or termination of services.
If you have a question about a charge or invoice, contact us so we can review it with you before you dispute it with your bank or card provider.
5. Results & No Guarantees
Elite Realty Pro is a performance‑focused partner, but we cannot promise specific outcomes.
• We do not guarantee a certain number of closed deals, commissions, or revenue.
• Any examples, case studies, or testimonials on this site are illustrations only. Your results will depend on your market, offer, follow‑up, and sales process.
• We are not responsible for deals that do not close, even if they began with a lead or appointment we helped generate.
Our goal is to build a strong, predictable pipeline for you, but you are always responsible for your own business decisions and results.
6. Confidentiality
We treat your business information, lead data, and internal processes as confidential.
• We will not sell your client lists or share your private data with other clients.
• We may use aggregated, anonymized performance data (for example, average show rates or response times) to improve our systems and share benchmarks, but this will not identify you or your clients personally.
If your signed agreement includes a separate confidentiality or non‑disclosure clause, that document will apply in addition to this section.
7. Data & Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains in detail:
• What information we collect from you and your site visitors
• How we use cookies, tracking tools, and third‑party platforms
• How we store and protect data
• Your rights regarding your personal information

8. Intellectual Property
Unless your agreement clearly says otherwise:
• All systems, scripts, playbooks, funnels, and frameworks we create remain the intellectual property of Elite Realty Pro.
• You receive a license to use these materials for your own business while you are a client in good standing.
• You may not resell, share, or publicly distribute our proprietary materials without written permission.
Your logos, brand assets, and existing content remain yours. You grant us permission to use them as needed to deliver the services you’ve requested.
9. Third‑Party Tools
To deliver our services, we may use third‑party tools and platforms such as:
• CRMs
• Dialers and calling tools
• Email and SMS platforms
• Ad platforms and analytics tools
We do not control these third‑party services and are not responsible for:
• Their uptime or performance
• Their terms, policies, or changes
• Any issues caused directly by those platforms
Your use of those tools may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
• Elite Realty Pro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from your use of our website or services.
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service period in which the issue occurred.
